Jagdeep Singh Rawat is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in talent acquisition, performance management systems, and compensation and benefits. Currently serving as Associate General Manager of Human Resources at Shiv Nadar University since June 2014, Jagdeep leads key HR functions. Prior to this role, Jagdeep held multiple positions at HealthFore Technologies Limited from October 2010 to June 2014, ultimately as Senior Manager, overseeing HR operations and compensation. Additionally, Jagdeep gained experience as Deputy Manager of Human Resources at Haier Appliances India Pvt Ltd from October 2006 to October 2010. Jagdeep holds an M.B.A. in Human Resources Management from IMT Ghaziabad.
