Charu Gupta is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in recruitment and talent acquisition. Since January 2018, Charu has held the position of Associate Manager in Human Resources at Shiv Nadar University, a prestigious private university in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Prior to this role, Charu worked at RNF Technologies as a Senior Executive in Human Resources and also served as a Human Resources Executive. Charu's career includes significant experience in recruitment for both IT and Non-IT positions across various organizations, including HomeShop18, NetAmbit Infosource & e-Services Pvt.
