Leonela Rodriguez Segura is a seasoned professional in product commercialization and project management, currently serving as the Manager of New Product Commercialization at Shiseido since October 2024. Prior to this role, Leonela accumulated extensive experience at Mana Products from June 2015 to October 2024, where responsibilities included managing projects as a Contract Project Manager, optimizing manufacturing processes as a Production Planner & Scheduler, and overseeing production operations as a Production Supervisor and Line Leader. Leonela also held the position of Event Planner at Body By Brooklyn Spa and Lounge and served as Bakery Supervisor at Foodcellar Market between August 2009 and September 2015.
