Didem Aydin is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across prominent organizations. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer for both the Middle East and the UK & Ireland at Shiseido since October 2017, Didem's career also includes significant positions at British American Tobacco from 2004 to 2017, where roles encompassed Group Finance Development Manager and EEMEA Regional Commercial Finance Head - Revenue. Prior to that, Didem worked at PwC as a Tax and Legal Services Manager and began a career at Arthur Andersen as a Tax and Legal Business Advisory Consultant. Didem holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Marmara University, completed in 1999.
