Anne Urbain currently serves as Senior Vice President of New Products, Packaging, and Innovation at Shiseido since September 2024. Prior roles include Senior Vice President of Operations, Vice President of Operations, and Vice President of Global Supply Chain at Fresh from July 2015 to September 2024, where oversight of supply chain management was emphasized. At Guerlain, from July 2011 to July 2015, Anne managed worldwide sales forecasts for a diverse product range and was responsible for financial risk analysis. Anne also held positions at BEL, Selective Beauty, PUIG USA, and Bourjois, focusing on supply chain management, planning, and financial analysis, consistently contributing to enhancing operational efficiency. Anne graduated with a DESS in Gestion from Université Paris Dauphine, completing the degree between 1996 and 1998.
