Laura has over 10 years of experience in the customer experience software industry. Laura has worked with companies such as Tesco, Matalan, Argos, Tesco Bank, Yodel, Cable & Wireless, and Thomas Cook. Laura is responsible for all aspects of the sales process, including new business and major accounts.
