Mehdi Escrochi is an accomplished academic and industry professional in the field of Petroleum Engineering, currently serving as an Associate Professor at Shiraz University since January 2002. Escrochi is also the Director of University-Industry collaborations, Principal Investigator of the Mansouri Oil Field Research Project, and oversees the IOR-EOR Research Institute, which has been a hub for multi-disciplinary research in the upstream oil and gas sector since its inception in 1995. Additionally, Mehdi Escrochi holds leadership roles at Petro Azma Co. as Managing Director and previously served as CEO of Fars EOR Tech. with a strong educational background in Chemical Engineering, holding a PhD, MSc, and BSc from Shiraz University. Escrochi also contributes to national energy policy as a member of the Specialized Commission of Energy within The Supreme Council for Science Research and Technology in I.R. Iran.
