Justinas Jadevicius has held a number of roles in various companies since 2011. Justinas began their career as a Project Manager at UAB "Tapsis" in 2011, followed by a similar role at UAB "E-verslo klasteris" and UAB "BMG consulting". In 2013, they moved to UAB "Devela" as the Chief Commercial Officer, where they were responsible for sales organisation and controlling in Lithuania, as well as participating in the company's strategy-making processes. In 2014, they took on the role of Project Manager at UAB vaistinÄ— "Hiperfarma". In 2018, they were appointed Chief Operations Officer at AEC Parcel Service, Inc. and Operations Officer at Shipzee, Inc.

Justinas Jadevicius obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Kaunas University of Technology between 2005 and 2009. Justinas then went on to receive their Master of strategic management in Business Administration and Management, General from Mykolas Romeris University between 2009 and 2011.
