Lori Thurman has worked in a variety of customer-focused roles since 2011. Lori began their career at Ricoh Americas Corporation as a Sr. Major Account Executive, Federal Accounts in 2011. In 2014, they joined MoreDirect, Inc. (a Connection Company) as an Enterprise Account Executive. In 2016, Lori worked as a Contract Employee for Apex Systems and a Corporate Account Specialist for Egencia, an Expedia company. Lori then took on the role of Customer Success Manager at Arkadin (Division of NTT LTD). In 2017, Lori joined RR Donnelley as a Senior Account Manager - Client Services Logistics. In 2018, they moved to LSC Communications (Previously RR Donnelley Logistics) as a Senior Account Manager. In 2019, they joined TForce Logistics as a Senior Account Manager - Courier Services (acquired by TForce). Most recently, Lori began their role as National Manager, Customer Success and Account Manager at TForce Logistics in 2020. In 2022, they will move to Shipwell as a Senior Customer Success Manager.
Lori Thurman has an Associate's Degree in Computer Information Science from Coleman University, which they obtained in 1992. Lori is currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts from DePaul University. Lori also attended Crete-Monee HS. In addition, they hold a Change Management - Guiding Principles and Practices certification from Alison - Free Online Learning, which they obtained in May 2017.
