Rebecca M. has extensive experience in management and customer service within various organizations. Currently serving as the Manager of Administration at Shipshape IT since September 2017, Rebecca’s previous roles include Owner/Baker at Sweet Secrets Bakery since April 2005, and Store Manager at Crumbs Bake Shop from July 2011 to December 2016. Rebecca excelled in team management, sales analysis, and inventory control while overseeing operations and employee training. Additional experience includes roles at Arnall Golden Gregory LLP as a Receptionist, GWU Student Health Services as an Office Assistant and Volunteer, DC Reads: CentroNia as a Team Leader/Tutor, GWU Bookstore as a Customer Service Representative, and Doctor's Community Hospital as a Nurses Assistant. Rebecca holds a High School Diploma from Largo High School and attended The George Washington University from 2008 to 2011.
