Bryan Harper, MBA, has a strong background in analytics and supply chain management. Bryan is currently the Director of Product Analytics at ShipScience, where they lead the company-wide parcel optimization consulting analytics and is responsible for creating and enhancing analytics products. Prior to this, Bryan worked at eBay as a Senior Analyst in Global Customer Experience: Payments. Bryan played a critical role in driving the global launch of eBay's Managed Payments platform, creating reports, processes, and KPIs to drive performance and identify areas for improvement. Before eBay, Bryan worked at Visible Supply Chain Management as a Senior Analyst, where they built a locally hosted database and produced dashboards to make information easily understood by various stakeholders. Bryan also worked at Overstock.com as both a Senior Supply Chain Analyst and a Supply Chain Analyst, where they conducted ad-hoc analyses, managed logistics scorecards, and assisted with report automation. Bryan's expertise lies in data analysis, process improvement, and driving business performance through insights extracted from customer interactions.

Bryan Harper, MBA, earned their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Utah State University - Jon M. Huntsman School of Business in 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Art degree in International Business and Economics with a minor in Spanish from the same institution in 2010. In addition to their formal education, Bryan has obtained several certifications, including Introduction to Python and Introduction to Relational Database in SQL from DataCamp in 2022, and various other certifications in SQL, Tableau, and Microsoft Power BI Training for Data Scientists from DataCamp and Udemy in previous years.
