Phil Wolf is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, and software development. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering for SRE & Security at Shippo, Phil Wolf successfully grew the Site Reliability Engineering team while establishing a hiring pipeline for an EU SRE team. Previously, at Hover, Phil Wolf led the Development Operations team through significant growth, managing a successful migration to Google Cloud Platform. With a foundational background in software architecture and development, Phil Wolf has contributed to multiple projects across various companies, including 7 Billion People, RPGrounds, and Aspyr Media. Phil Wolf holds educational credentials from the University of North Texas and Austin Community College.
