Jax Zheng has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jax is currently the CEO at Shippie and also holds the position of Senior Enterprise Account Executive at the same company. Prior to this, they worked as an Executive Producer at SeeSaw Production. Jax also has experience as a Company Owner, having owned and operated Peking Inn and a private tutoring business. Earlier in their career, they served as a Warehouse Manager at Uncle Sam's Army Navy Outfitters and as a Manager at Top Sushi. Jax started their career as a Production Assistant at So Uncool Productions.

Jax Zheng has a diverse education history. From 2013 to 2017, they attended the University of Toronto, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. Jax'smajor fields of study were Economics, Philosophy, and Political Science, as well as Political Science and Government. During their time at the University of Toronto, they also studied at Fudan University in 2016-2017, focusing on East Asian Studies.
