Antoine Joly-Battaglini has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Antoine started their professional journey as an intern and then worked as a "Working student" for the New Business Department at Airbus Defence & Space. Following that, they joined Airbus Defence and Space as an Innovation Project Manager, where they successfully implemented an innovation program and received an award for excellence. Antoine also played a significant role as the Lead Organizer for the Paris Space Edition of Startup Weekend. Later on, they co-founded and served as the CEO of mymicrogravity, a company that facilitated access to microgravity and space for research and development activities. During their tenure, they partnered with the European Space Agency and conducted technical and economic studies. Currently, Antoine works at Shippeo, where they have held multiple positions, including Product Integration Manager and Head of Product Integration. In these roles, they were responsible for overseeing connections with various onboard computer editors, establishing connections with shippers and carriers' ERPs and TMS, and supervising and coordinating teams to ensure effective interconnectivity. Overall, Antoine Joly-Battaglini has a strong background in innovation, project management, and product integration.

Antoine Joly-Battaglini attended the International School of Geneva from 2004 to 2007, where they earned a Bilingual International Baccalaureate. Antoine then studied at the University of Geneva from 2008 to 2012, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics. From 2012 to 2014, Antoine pursued multiple Master's degrees simultaneously. Antoine attended EMLyon Business School, Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, and emlyon business school, obtaining a Master of Science (MSc) in Management and a Master of Science (MSc) in Business Administration. In addition, they completed an MSc in International Business from Aston University during the same time period.
