Tea Johansen has several years of work experience in various roles and industries. Tea began their career at We Learn in 2015 as a Studentermedhjælper, where they focused on customer-oriented marketing and business development. Tea then moved on to Jysk Fynske Medier P/S in 2014, where they worked as a Sales representative before being promoted to Teamleader and Supervisor in 2016. In 2018, Tea joined KommPress as a Kommunikationsrådgiver, providing communication advice until 2019. Currently, they are employed at Shipmondo as a Marketing Manager, a position they started in August 2019. Additionally, Tea has also gained experience as an Assistant at Fa. Welding, where they handled correspondence and design tasks from 2011 to 2016.

Tea Johansen completed their Bachelor's degree in Strategic Communication at Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark from 2014 to 2017. Tea then pursued their Cand.Merc. in Brand Management and Marketing Communication at the same university from 2017 to 2019.
