Nicholas Changelo has over 18 years of work experience, beginning with an Intern role at Wyeth in 2001. Nicholas then held a Co-op role at Energizer in 2002, followed by an Associate Engineer role at Johnson & Johnson in 2004. In 2009, Nicholas held a Product Manager Intern role at Progressive Insurance. From 2010 to 2015, they held various roles at Amazon, including Sr. ISM - Consumables, Sr. PM - Amazon Devices, and Operations Manager - Pathways MBA Rotational. Nicholas then moved to zulily, where they held the roles of Manager, PM - Fulfillment & Customer Service Technology, Lead PM - Vendor & Customer Service Technology, and Sr. PM - New Business Technology. In 2019, they began working at ASSURANCE as Principal PM - Data Science, Product Personalization. Most recently, in 2021, Nicholas took on the role of Director of Product, Supply Chain Technology at GameStop. Nicholas is currently the Director of Product at Shipium.

Nicholas Changelo attended Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where they earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering. Nicholas then continued their education at Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business, where they earned an MBA with a focus in Finance, Marketing, and Quantitative Analysis.
