Eric Chao is an experienced logistics and warehouse management professional, currently serving as a Warehouse Manager at ShipHero since February 2020. Prior to this role, Eric held the position of Shipping and Receiving Manager at Merchdirect from November 2010 to December 2019, where expertise in planning and coordinating full truckload and less than truckload shipments was developed, along with management of customs documentation and logistics processes. Beginning their career as a Mechanic and Electrical Diagnostician at Car World from November 2005 to December 2009, Eric has a diverse background in both technical and logistical operations.
