Khaled Abbas has extensive experience in the logistics and customer service sectors, currently serving as the Container Transport Pricing & Analysis Supervisor at SHIP & C.R.E.W since August 2015, where progression through roles including Team Leader and Senior Customer Service Specialist highlights strong leadership and analytical skills. Prior to this, Khaled owned El Qawmeya Pharmacy from May 2006 to May 2012, showcasing entrepreneurial experience. Khaled holds a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, obtained between 2012 and 2015.
