Janina Tubau Martinez has a diverse work experience in the medical field. Janina began their career in 2012 as a Laboratory Technician at LABORATORIO ECHEVARNE. In 2014, they had an internship at Salud de la Mujer Dexeus, where they gained experience in Andrology and assisted in reproductive medicine laboratory tasks. Janina then moved on to Àptima Centre Clínic Mútua de Terrassa as an Embryologist trainee, where they assisted in various procedures and supported gynecology consultations. In 2014, they also worked at Salud de la Mujer Dexeus in the Department of FIV and Cryopreservation, where they managed stock and documentation and provided administrative support. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Medical Delegate at Italfarmaco, and since November 2018, they have been employed as a Product Specialist at Shionogi Inc.

Janina Tubau Martinez has an educational background in the field of biology, with a focus on reproduction. Janina completed their Bachelor's degree in Biology, specializing in Reproductive Biology, at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona from 2009 to 2013. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master's degree in Reproductive Biology and Assisted Human Reproduction at the Hospital Universitari Quiron Dexeus- Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona from 2013 to 2014.
