Eileen Bonilla-Mercado has a diverse work experience in the field of materials management, supply purchasing, and project management. Eileen has held various roles in different companies throughout their career.

Eileen started their career at Pfizer in 1988, where they worked as a SAP Project Coordinator and later as a Master Scheduler and Projects Manager. Eileen'sresponsibilities included implementing SAP systems and managing various projects within the pharmaceutical operation.

Eileen then joined Shire in 2003 as an Associate Director of Materials Management, where they directed and managed the materials planning, scheduling, warehousing, dispensing, and purchasing departments for a pharmaceutical manufacturing site.

From 2005 to 2010, they worked at Stiefel, a GSK Company, as an Outsource Supply Purchasing CMO Manager. Eileen'sresponsibilities included developing long-term strategic partnerships with contract manufacturing organizations (CMO) and managing them to achieve cost competitive products delivery.

Finally, they joined Shionogi Inc in 2010, initially as a Supplier Manager/3rd Party Manufacturing and later as a Senior Supplier Manager/3rd Party Manufacturing. Eileen'sresponsibilities included developing and managing long-term strategic partnerships with CMOs, managing cost competitive products delivery, and serving as the primary communication point between Shionogi and the CMO organization.
