Carlo Pacioni has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting roles. Carlo currently works as a Finance Manager at Shionogi Inc., a role they have held since September 2017. Prior to this, they worked at LIDL as a Controller from September 2015 to August 2017, where they were responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports and calculating monthly accruals. Before joining LIDL, Carlo worked as a Senior Accountant at Enercon GmbH from February 2009 to August 2015. Carlo also has experience as a Treasurer at SELI S.p.A and as an Accountant at C&M Group (London). Carlo began their career as an Accounts Clerk at Murrells Chartered Accountant and then worked as an Auditor at MC REVISIONE, where they conducted financial analysis and auditing for Renault Italia's dealership network. Overall, Carlo has a strong background in finance and accounting with experience across various industries.

Carlo Pacioni attended the I.T.C. "Carlo Matteucci" from 1987 to 1992, where they pursued a course in Ragioneria. Following this, they enrolled in La Sapienza di Roma from 1992 to 1999, where they completed their degree in Economics & Commerce with a focus on Business Administration.
