Megan O'Leary (Harris) has a diverse background in retail merchandising and management. Megan began their career as a Merchandising/Design Intern at Justice, where they gained experience in assortment planning and store displays. Megan then interned at BCBG Max Azria, where they further developed their skills in retail merchandising. Megan then moved on to become a Key Holder and Assistant Manager at BCBG, where they successfully led a team of associates and implemented effective sales strategies. After BCBG, they worked as an Enterprise Assistant Merchant at The Limited, gaining experience in analyzing sales data and making informed decisions for product assortments. Megan then joined JCPenney as an Enterprise Senior Assistant Buyer. In this role, they contributed to financial and assortment planning activities and collaborated with the global sourcing organization. Most recently, Megan has been working at Dollar Tree Stores as a Category Merchant, overseeing various product categories and leading buying efforts. Currently, they are the Head of Merchandising, Sourcing, and Logistics at ShineOn.com, where they are responsible for financial analysis, product research, sourcing, and negotiations. Megan has a proven track record of driving sales growth, managing inventory, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Megan O'Leary (Harris) attended Granville High School from 2003 to 2007. After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor of the Arts degree in Fashion Merchandising with a minor in Marketing at Kent State University from 2007 to 2012.
