Fan Zhang is an experienced engineer currently employed at Shimmick Construction since August 2019. Prior to this role, Fan served as a preconstruction manager assistant at China Construction Department in March and April 2018, where responsibilities included conducting feasibility analyses for various projects and managing documentation. Earlier in 2017, Fan worked as an estimator at Rider Levett Bucknall, focused on cost estimation for a residential building project. Fan holds a Master's degree in Project Management from the University of California, Berkeley, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Central University of Finance and Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Building and Real Estate from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
