Fatos Berisha has worked in the technology sector since 2005. From 2005 to 2006, they worked as a Help Desk for Academy of Art University, where they provided desktop support to technical and non-technical users, identified and escalated software issues, and trained students and staff on technology tools. From 2006 to 2014, they worked for Technesis as a Senior Support Engineer and Applications Engineer. As a Senior Support Engineer, they were promoted to a lead role to mentor and manage other engineers, supervised and trained a team of engineers, and served as the primary contact for enterprise accounts. As an Applications Engineer, they provided first line support to clients, key accounts teams and technical management, rapidly diagnosed and resolved critical software issues, and facilitated complex software migrations and upgrades. Finally, from 2014 to present, they have worked for Shiloh Technologies as an Implementation Manager and Technical Analyst - Team Lead.
Fatos Berisha completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Computer Science, Mathematics, and Economics from Lyon College between 1999 and 2003.
