Itshak Lutsker has over a decade of experience in the engineering and construction industry, currently serving as a project manager at Shikun&Binui Solel Boneh Infrastructure Ltd. since March 2014. Additionally, from February 2010 to the present, Itshak holds the position of tunnel engineer at Shafir Engineering, a role previously undertaken at Shapir Engineering from February 2010 to December 2011. Education includes attendance at the Politechnical Institute of Donetsk City, Ukraine, from 1968 to 1973, and early schooling at School 9 in Donetsk City, Ukraine, from 1957 to 1965.
