Alex Duncan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in implementation and payment operations within the hospitality and retail sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Implementation and Payment Operations specialist for Shiji Group since May 2021, Alex leads the execution of integrated payment solutions across the JAPAC region and the Middle East, managing all stages of the implementation lifecycle. Previous roles include business development and operational positions at various organizations, along with freelance consultancy work.
