Matthew Abbott, BSN, RN, CSPO, is a seasoned professional in healthcare and product management with extensive experience in hospice and palliative care. Currently serving as the Director of Product Management at ShiftMed since August 2022, Matthew previously held leadership roles at Sandata Technologies, where responsibility included product strategy, roadmap development, and stakeholder engagement for provider agency management applications. Matthew's expertise spans product management and clinical services in various organizations, including Axxess, Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care, and Good Shepherd Hospice, where notable achievements include launching a cloud-based EHR adopted by over 100 hospices. Matthew also contributed to education in the field as a guest lecturer at Valparaiso University, holding a BSN in Nursing and a BA in Music from the same institution.
