Michael Pollmeier has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Michael started their career as a Web Service consultant at VHV Allgemeine Versicherungen in 2007. Michael then worked as an IT-Consultant and Developer at S&N AG from 2004 to 2010 and also served as a Security and communication architect at the same company in 2007. Michael worked as an Enterprise Software Engineer at Vodafone and Vodafone Group Services GmbH from 2008 to 2009. In 2010, they worked as an Enterprise integration engineer and coding junior architect at International Baccalaureate. In 2011, Michael became the Co-Founder and CTO of It's your therapy Ltd. Michael also worked at Movio as a Senior Software Developer from 2012 to 2015 and at Springdom Limited as a Lead Scala Developer from 2015 to 2016. In 2011, Michael joined Tinkerpop as the Gremlin-Scala Open Source Project Lead. Currently, they are working as a Senior Architect Developer at ShiftLeft.io since 2017.

From 2004 to 2006, Michael Pollmeier attended Fachhochschule für die Wirtschaft Paderborn, where they pursued a diploma in Information Sciences for Business.
