Keith Wicker started their work experience in 2008 at Brinker International as a Culinary Manager, where they worked until 2015. In 2015, they joined Shiftkey and held various roles including Regional Operations Manager from 2015 to 2019, Senior Regional Operations Manager from 2019 to 2020, Regional Vice President from 2020 to 2021, Senior Regional Vice President of Sales from 2021 to 2023, and currently serves as the Division Vice President of Sales - Post Acute since 2023.

Keith Wicker attended Texas A&M University-Texarkana from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Business Marketing.
