Aurora Kaiser has extensive work experience in the legal field. Aurora is currently working at ShiftKey as the SVP Legal and General Counsel. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Legal at GreenLight.ai. Between 2015 and 2022, they held various roles at Upwork, including Vice President, Associate General Counsel, Sr. Director, Litigation & Employment, and Employment & Litigation Counsel. Aurora also worked as an Associate Counsel at Elance-oDesk for a brief period in 2015.

Earlier in their career, Aurora worked as a Litigation Associate at Morrison & Foerster LLP from 2010 to 2015. Aurora started their career as the Human Resources and Office Manager at Hotel Congress from 2001 to 2007.

Aurora Kaiser has a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in Law from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law, which they obtained from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they attended Washington and Lee University School of Law from 2007 to 2008, although they did not obtain a degree. In 1998 to 2002, Aurora completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Art History at the University of Arizona. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained a certification as a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMLS) from ACAMS in 2021.
