Bryan Schmutz has extensive experience in operations standards, service and support, and workforce management. At Shift4, Bryan initiated strategic objectives, built client-centered processes, and effectively managed call center activities. Bryan also managed workload analysis and forecasting at Nu Skin Enterprises. Bryan holds a BA in English Teaching from Brigham Young University and an AS in Computer Information Technology from Dixie State University.
