Ankitha Reddy has been serving as Chief of Staff and Data Analyst at Shift Energy Japan KK since February 2019. Prior experience includes a role as Business Analyst at Citi from 2014 to September 2017, where analysis of qualitative and quantitative data aimed to enhance customer online experiences. Previously, Ankitha worked as a Technology Analyst at Infosys Public Services for 1.5 years, focusing on client support for Telstra, and as a Senior Software Engineer at Infosys for 2.5 years, contributing to credit rating and integrated risk management systems for a major Japanese bank. Ankitha holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Biotechnology from St. Martin's Engineering College, obtained in 2009.
