Simon Winters has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Simon began their career at Citi, where they worked as a Business Development Manager from 2003 to 2009. Simon then joined Suncorp as a Lending Manager from 2010 to 2012 before moving on to Gateway Credit Union, where they held the role of Business Development Manager from 2012 to 2016. Simon then joined Prospa as a Senior Business Development Manager from 2016 to 2020, and later became the State Manager for Queensland until 2021. Currently, they are working at Shift as a Business Development Manager. Prior to their career in finance, Simon also worked at Queensland Raceway as a Senior Driving Trainer, specializing in V8 race car experience and corporate events.

Simon Winters completed a Cert IV in Financial Services from the National Finance Institute in 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Mortgage Lending from the Securities Institute, which they completed during the years 2002 to 2003.
