Bharath R has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Bharath started their career at Dun & Bradstreet as a Collections Officer in Melbourne, Australia in 2006. Bharath then joined ANZ as a Case Manager in Melbourne from 2008 to 2012. After that, they worked at Infosys BPO as a Manager in Bengaluru, India from 2013 to 2017. Following this, they joined ANZ again, this time as an Operations Manager in Bengaluru, India, from 2017 to 2018. Currently, Bharath is working at Shift as a Senior Operations Manager in Bangalore, India, starting from October 2018.

Bharath R pursued their higher education at Deakin University from 2005 to 2007, where they completed a Master's degree in International Business. Prior to that, they attended Bangalore University from 2001 to 2004, earning a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree with a focus on Financial Accounting and Management Accounting.
