Aneshia Tomlinson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in property management and real estate accounting. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at Shift Capital LLC since April 2015, Aneshia also holds the position of Bookkeeper/Property Manager. Prior to this role, Aneshia was Director of Property Management at OARC from 2001 to August 2014, overseeing retail shopping centers, educational facilities, mixed-use properties, and LIHTC properties. Responsibilities included supervising construction projects, managing vendors and maintenance staff, negotiating tenant lease renewals, and ensuring compliance with PHFA and tax credit partners. Aneshia began their career as a Junior Real Estate Accountant, focusing on budget forecasts, GL account reconciliations, and financial analysis. Aneshia holds a certification from the Temple University Real Estate Institute and attended Pierce College from 2001 to 2003.
