Tom McNatt is an experienced professional in research and development, with a robust career spanning over three decades in the medical device industry. Currently serving in R&D at Shifamed since August 2023, Tom previously held significant roles at Medtronic, including Senior Director of Research & Development for the Structural Heart Disease Business and VP of Research & Development for Medtronic Aortic, where responsibilities included driving innovation and improving operational efficiencies. Tom also has leadership experience in operations and site management, having managed manufacturing, supply chain, and quality across various locations. Earlier, Tom contributed to PerkinElmer LAS as Business Manager and Director of Operations and gained diverse functional expertise at Johnson & Johnson as a Senior Manager. Tom holds an MBA in Development Economics and International Development from the University of California, Irvine, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Medical Microbiology and Bacteriology from California State University, Long Beach.
