Zephani Delaihdem has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Zephani has worked as a National Integration Pharmacy Liaison at Shields Health Solutions since May 2022, where they are responsible for 100% travel. Prior to that, they worked as a Travel Pharmacy Technician at Medical Staffing Solutions, Inc. from February 2022 to April 2022, and at LRS Healthcare from October 2021 to January 2022.

Before transitioning to the healthcare field, Zephani worked as a Licensed Insurance Agent/ Consultant at SENA LLC from October 2019 to September 2021. Zephani also worked as a Pharmacy Technician at Empower Pharmacy from September 2019 to November 2020, where they collaborated with Pharmacists and various departments to provide excellent customer service.

In 2019, Zephani gained experience in customer service as a Virtual Customer Service Representative at Amazon from April 2019 to September 2019. Zephani Delaihdem attended Interior Distance Education of Alaska (IDEA) from 2012 to 2013, where they pursued a High School degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General. Zephani then transferred to West Valley High School in 2013 and completed their High School degree in the same field of study. From 2014 to 2016, Zephani attended Taylor High School, where they obtained their High School Diploma, also in Biology/Biological Sciences, General.

In terms of additional certifications, Zephani received a Certified Pharmacy Technician certification from the Texas State Board of Pharmacy in July 2016. Zephani also obtained an Insurance Agent certification for Accident, Health, Life, Variable Life & Variable Annuities from the Texas Department of Insurance in November 2019. In September 2021, Zephani acquired two certifications: Healthcare Provider BLS/AED and Standard CPR/AED, both from the National Health and Safety Association.
