Karla Flores began their work experience in 2015 as a SUD counselor/case manager at Clinical Msr. Oscar Romero. Karla then worked as a Detox tech at Newport Beach Recovery Center from 2016 to 2018. In 2018, they joined Victory Starts Now as a Clinical Director and Senior Case Manager.

Karla Flores completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Human services with a concentration in Substance abuse counseling from the University of Phoenix from 2012 to 2016. Karla further pursued a Masters in Science in Marriage Family and Child Therapy, specializing in Mental Health Counseling/Counselor at the University of Phoenix from 2018 to 2021.
