Boris Sirotin has been working in the software engineering and testing industry since 1999. Boris began their career at Accord Networks as a Test Engineer and then moved to accord as a QA. In 2001, they joined Polycom as a Senior Software Engineer on the Signaling and Infrastructure team, developing signaling features for the Multipoint Control Unit (MCU) and infrastructure tools. Boris also served as an Automation Testing Engineer, creating tools for testing Polycom internal products. Boris was then promoted to Software Testing Specialist and Software Testing Leader. In 2016, they joined Skybox Security as a Senior Software Engineer and Modeling Team Leader. Currently, Boris is a Team Leader at Shield-IoT Ltd., a position they have held since 2022.

Boris Sirotin obtained a BA in Computer Science from Israel Jobs between 1998 and 2007. In December of 2005, they obtained a Foundation Certificate in Software Testing from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board. In November and December of 2015, they obtained two Coursera Course Certificates in Programming Mobile Applications for Android Handheld Systems: Part 1 and Part 2.
