Kavya Verma is an experienced People Operations Manager currently employed at SHIELD since March 2024, where responsibility includes managing operations at a device-first fraud intelligence platform. Prior to SHIELD, Kavya held the role of Manager - Employee Experience at slice from September 2021 to February 2024 and served as People Partner at Trademo from December 2020 to September 2021, contributing as a founding team member. Additional experience includes positions at CRED as a People and Culture Consultant, Uber in Talent Acquisition, and Sterlite Power as a Management Intern in Talent Acquisition and Campus Engagements. Kavya began a professional journey at KPMG as an Audit Associate after completing a B.Com (Hons) at Delhi University and a PGDHR at Tata Institute of Social Sciences.
