Hazel Watson has a varied work experience, starting in 2010 as a Consultant at Hunter Human Capital. Hazel then worked as a Territory Manager at ArthroCare Corporation from 2013 to 2014. Following this, they joined Liquid Personnel as a Recruitment Consultant in the Healthcare Division from 2015 to 2016. Hazel then worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Star Medical from 2016 to 2018. From 2019 to 2020, they were a Senior Consultant at D R Newitt Recruitment, specializing in Technical, Quality, and NPD roles. Currently, Hazel is employed as a Recruitment Manager at Shield Safety, where they ensure businesses comply with safety regulations.

From 2007 to 2010, Hazel Watson attended The University of Sheffield, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature.
