Ken Harmon has extensive experience in system engineering and cloud administration, currently serving as a Senior System Engineer at Shield Consulting Solutions since 2016. Prior to this role, Ken held the position of Junior Cloud System Administrator and developed an outreach strategy to educate thousands of customers globally. Ken also worked as a Senior System Administrator and Outreach Specialist at Shield Consulting Solutions from 2009 to 2012. Ken's education was pursued at the University of Maryland Global Campus.
