Jason Aldrich is an experienced operations leader with a robust background in manufacturing and product management. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Shield Casework since December 2021, Jason has previously held key positions at Dimensional Innovations, including Director of Manufacturing Services and Operations Manager. Prior roles also include Operations Manager at Laminate Works, Inc. and various product management positions at SOR Inc. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology with a Design Emphasis from Pittsburg State University.
