Melissa D. is a highly skilled Senior Sales Engineer with extensive experience in overseeing OEM, research, university, and lab market activities across the Eastern US, Canada, Mexico, and South America at Sumitomo (SHI) Cryogenics of America, Inc. since May 2017. In this role, Melissa D. leads internal development and engineering projects, collaborates with end users to enhance product development, and serves as a liaison to the European team for products manufactured in the Allentown facility.
