Yentil Rawlinson is an accomplished professional in the field of inclusion, diversity, and equity, currently serving as Vice President for this discipline at Sherwin-Williams since October 2018, after previously holding the role of Director of Inclusion and Diversity at the same company. Prior experience includes positions at Cleveland Clinic from 2012 to 2018, where Yentil served as Program Manager and Program Coordinator for Diversity & Inclusion, as well as a Community Impact Intern at Cleveland Guardians in 2012 and a Diversity & Inclusion Intern at Cleveland Clinic from 2007 to 2010. Yentil holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from The Ohio State University and a Master of Science in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University.
