Wael Rached possesses extensive experience in IT and software development, currently serving as IT Manager and Lead Developer at Sherwin-Williams since March 2017, while also working as a Senior .Net Developer and Analyst since July 2011. Wael improved the software development life cycle by implementing agile best practices and fostering early client interaction to clarify requirements. Previous roles include Software Automation Engineer and Analyst at Key Bank (2008-2011), where Wael contributed to the development of new banking applications and supported legacy systems, and various positions at Cleveland State University, including Student Technology Specialist and Teacher Assistant in the Physics Department. Wael holds a Master’s degree in Software Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, both from Cleveland State University.
