Martha Lanning is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in health care policy and human resources. Currently serving as the Corporate Director of Health & Welfare Plans at The Sherwin-Williams Company since July 2006, Martha previously held the position of Sr. Director of Health Care Policy and Strategy at COSE/Greater Cleveland Partnership from February 1991 to June 2006. Earlier in their career, Martha worked as a Human Resources Officer at Ameritrust National Bank from June 1985 to January 1991. Martha holds a Master of Business Administration from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business and a B.S/B.A in Human Resource Management and Psychology from Quincy University.
