Małgorzata Wasiewicz is an experienced professional in the field of research and development, business development, and process improvement. Currently serving as R&D Manager and Business Development Manager at Sherwin-Williams since March 2015, Małgorzata also holds the title of R&D Laboratory Manager for Powder Coatings EMEA. Prior to this role, employment included positions at Avon as Processing Production Manager and Continuous Improvement Operational from October 2013 to March 2015, and PPG Industries from October 2005 to September 2013 as Business Process Improvement Manager, among other roles. Małgorzata's expertise encompasses production analysis, efficiency improvements, and training in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. Educational credentials include an M.Sc in Chemical and Process Engineering from Warsaw University of Technology and various postgraduate studies in management.
