Jessie Miller-Horskins is an experienced organizational development professional with a comprehensive background in learning and talent development. Currently serving as the Organizational Development Manager within the Global Supply Chain at Sherwin-Williams since May 2013, Jessie has progressed through various roles including Learning & Organizational Development Manager and Learning and Development Manager across different groups within the company. Prior to Sherwin-Williams, Jessie held the position of Human Resources and Marketing Coordinator at Parrone Engineering, and worked at City Year as both Training Manager and Training Coordinator, where training and leadership development programs for AmeriCorps Members were developed and managed. Jessie's early involvement with City Year as an AmeriCorps Member included coordinating training and providing educational programming for elementary and middle school students. Jessie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies with a focus on French from Baldwin Wallace University.
