Tracy Erickson, RD, IBCLC, RLC, is a skilled professional with extensive experience in nutrition and lactation consulting. Currently serving as a Copy Editor for the Sherry Matthews Group since August 2020, Tracy reviews and edits content for the Texas WIC Every Ounce Counts campaign. Previous roles include providing expertise as Breastfeeding Faculty for the EDC's Home Visiting CoIIN from February 2021 to August 2022, coordinating photoshoots for Maia Synergy in April 2021, and managing the Infant Feeding Branch as well as serving as the State WIC Breastfeeding Coordinator with the Texas Department of State Health Services from 1999 to 2019. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Foods, Nutrition, and Wellness Studies from Texas State University and a Pre-Professional Practice Program in Dietetics from Iowa State University.
